Wisecraft Wellness
Operational and business development support for a wellness practice growing beyond its founder's capacity to manage alone.
Candace supports people's wellness through practical tarot and herbal supports.
Context
When Candace Bell and I started working together, her online presence wasn’t carrying its weight. The domain was unreachable, the website had been built years earlier and didn’t fit the practice she was running now, and she’d been locked out of her Facebook page with no clear path back in. Tools she’d paid for were sitting unused. The work she does, therapeutic tarot with a grounded, reflective approach, deserved infrastructure that matched it. What she had was the opposite.
What I did
We started with the website. I helped her pick a platform that fit how she actually works, then migrated her existing content onto it so the move didn’t cost her any of the writing or pages she wanted to keep.
From there I set up Meta Business Suite and got her socials integrated: Facebook page recovered, Instagram tied in, the right people with the right access. We worked through a media strategy together so she could post on purpose instead of out of obligation.
I built out online invoicing and payments so clients could pay her without friction. Then we ran co-working sessions to set up her email marketing: automation sequences and list segmentation, so the right messages reached the right people without her hand on every send.
The last piece was pricing and offers. We sat down and redesigned both, raising her rates and reshaping the offers so she was charging in line with the value she was delivering.
Outcomes
The website works. The socials are recovered and integrated. Invoicing and payments run themselves, and the email automations carry the marketing without daily attention. Pricing reflects the value of the work. Candace runs regular group events in Toronto, and her private practice fills around them.
In Candace’s words
“Despite a flood of ideas and passion, I felt perpetually unready before I started working with Shane. I was overwhelmed and confused by tech, and would shut down when I had to figure out something that felt beyond me. I knew that I was presenting my business in an unclear and confusing manner, and felt paralyzed when considering what needed to be done. I was scattered, frazzled, and stuck.
Shane helped me with website migration, handled my new domain and email setup, walked me through email marketing automation and segmentation, as well as marketing and pricing strategy, doing it all with a thoughtful touch, showing that he both understood my vibe and my vision, and respected the emotional waves that can accompany growth and obstacle navigation.
He continues to inspire me by showing examples of what can be possible for me as we move along, and has in so many ways freed me up to simply be creative, without feeling held back by implementation. I’m finally unstuck and moving forward with more confidence!”
