Why I do this.
I've been running my own businesses for over two decades. I've spent a lot of money on coaches, cohorts, programs, and courses over the years trying to solve my business' problems. Some of those investments were good, others not so much. But even the good ones didn't know my whole business and if the problem I thought I needed to solve was the problem I actually needed to solve.
It took me months and thousands of dollars somtimes to realize that I wasn't even working on the right thing. Through that, I wish I had someone that could not only help me identify exactly what I needed to do, but also help me execute on it.
That's why I do this.
Every problem I fix for clients is one I've carried myself. I've walked in your shoes, having spent over a decade as a founder and operator of my own business.
And that's why I don't have a framework I shove my clients into. Your operation has its own constraints, history, people, and goals. What gets built is built around how the work actually flows, not a template I'm trying to sell.
Having been a founder that has burnt out from his own business, I also care deeply about the human at the helm of the ship. I co-create the systems with my clients so that we are designing around the life you want to live. The point of fixing operations is not squeezing more out of you, but rather building around you.
